Embracing a new day with a bowl of “energising breakfast”

A new day is a fresh start. I prefer to start a new day with nutritious breakfast. 

It is easy to make a nutritious and delicious “energising breakfast”. It only takes us a few minutes to prepare the meal, which can provide us with sufficient amount of calories and protein. The rich dietary fibre can help improve digestion, maintain a healthy digestive tract, and balance our blood sugar level.

I smiled unwittingly while tasting this breakfast as I feel a sense of happiness arising within.


Chia seeds, flax seeds, milk powder, oat, mixed nuts, chickpeas, yogurt, blueberries, banana, water (the proportion can be adjusted according to personal preference)

Preparation steps:
Pour all the ingredients into the blender and blend them for about 30 seconds until the ingredients are evenly mixed. Pour the mixture into a bowl and decorate it with some sliced fruits and it is ready for serving.
